Who Is Your Next Coach?

I have been in the fitness industry and a qualified personal trainer for around 3 years now, however health and fitness has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember.

 

Prior to moving full-time into the fitness industry, I qualified as an accountant and worked an incredibly busy job in the corporate world! 

 

During this time, I was able to make fantastic progress with my own physique and fitness journey, all whilst juggling 60 hour work weeks and starting a family - therefore I know the struggles when it comes to lack of time!

Through my own experiences in my previous corporate role and juggling life with 2 young girls, I have likely gone through the same struggles you are going through!

 

I have the answers to these struggles and can show you how to make progress with your health and fitness, even if life is hectic!

 

I truly believe that this is my purpose in life and my passion for my role as a coach can be demonstrated from the fact I was willing to leave a secure job in the corporate world to pursue my career in the fitness industry!

Raymond joined the team in April 2023 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, particularly in the crossfit and functional training space.

Raymond has seen incredible progress lately with his physique, running and also in Hyrox, recently running sub 60 with Jordan with a time of 58.51!

FAQ

I am not sure if I have the time to train and cook meals?

This is a very common worry, but trust me, with a time commitment of just 3 to 4 hours per week for your nutrition and training you will be able to see amazing progress!


Can I workout from home?

You can do this program at home but for optimal results, access to gym equipment is recommended.


What is the format of the strategy call?

The call will be via Zoom video call and on this we will be running through your current goals and struggles, and I will offer my advice and how the Progress Project could potentially help you!


When will I start to see results?
